Coast to Coast Non-Profit was born from a simple but powerful recognition: America’s veterans deserve better than bureaucratic delays, fragmented care, and feeling unheard when they need help most.
Founded in 1998 as a 501(c)(3) organization, we emerged from the frontlines of mental health. Our founding members, industry leaders and medical facility operators, witnessed firsthand the unique challenges veterans face when struggling with PTSD, depression, anxiety, and other conditions that often stem from their service to our nation.
Veterans in treatment facilities were falling through the cracks. They faced endless delays getting care, couldn’t navigate the complex VA system, and often felt hopeless when their local VA offices seemed overwhelmed or unresponsive. Too many of our nation’s heroes were giving up on themselves because the system was failing them.
What started as better case management coordination has grown into a nationwide network of registered veteran lobbyists and advocates. We don’t just make referrals – we stand beside veterans throughout their entire journey to recovery and wellness.
For 26 continuous years, our “coast-to-coast” team has worked tirelessly with one unwavering mission: ensuring no veteran gives up on themselves. We understand that information, persistence, and genuine support are the most powerful tools for veterans facing complex challenges.
We put ourselves on the front lines, making ourselves available to veterans when and where they need us most – in their own communities, among the people they trust. Our lobbyists don’t work from behind desks; they work alongside veterans, understanding that every call represents someone who served our country and deserves our very best effort in return.
“Without veterans, America wouldn’t be the land of the free and the home of the brave. Their courage and sacrifice must never be forgotten, and their valor should always be honored.”
This isn’t just our motto – it’s the driving force behind every phone call we answer, every referral we make, and every veteran we walk alongside toward healing and hope.
